End Citizens United // Let America Vote Action Fund President Tiffany Muller released the following statement on the Kansas Supreme Court’s decision to uphold the Kansas GOP’s gerrymandered congressional map:
“The Kansas Supreme Court’s decision to uphold the Republicans’ extreme and egregious gerrymander is further proof that our system is broken. Self-serving politicians are denying voters, especially voters of color, fair and equal representation in Congress, all for their own political gain. They are rigging the system to benefit themselves and their allies, while everyone else pays for it. We need the Freedom to Vote Act to put an end to this extreme partisan and racial gerrymander.”
