“The case is clear. Donald Trump knew he lost the 2020 election, yet he still lit the spark on an attack on our government to overturn the will of the people. This was not a spontaneous event, but a broad criminal conspiracy–a coup.
“In America, voters decide elections, not violence. Everyone who played a role in planning, funding, and inciting this coup must be held accountable, even if they are in Congress or were the president.”
